We are delighted to report an excellent response to our recent article…
We have had contact with potential plaintiffs, litigants/lawyers and various interested parties and sources located around the world, including the UK, The Hague, Amsterdam, Kuala Lumpur, New York and Houston.
Several hundred pages of documents, including copies of court papers served on Shell, have been supplied to us.
We have put potential plaintiffs, existing litigants (and Shell insiders) into direct contact, so that they can exchange information, including similar fact evidence, and arrange to obtain/supply witness testimony.
We are in daily contact with disgruntled Shell insiders and Shell suppliers who provide us with invaluable insights and information. Shell is penetrated to its core and its secrets compromised. Shell management is well aware of this fact.
In a related matter, US lawyers Bernstein Liebhard & Lifshitz LLP are currently interviewing Shell employees in connection with the global class action in respect of the reserves fraud – the biggest lawsuit in history. We are delighted to have played a pivotal role in that ongoing case as kindly acknowledged by Bernstein Liebhard & Lifshitz LLP. We found Shell insiders who have supplied evidence. The senior partners of the law firm subsequently consulted with us before launching the global class action.
This is of course all very bad news for an already discredited and besieged Shell management. We will shortly reveal certain amazing events going on behind the scenes involving Shell CEO Jeroen van der Veer and the Chief Executive of Shell EP, Malcolm Brinded.
Our website is now a global magnet for individuals and firms in dispute with Shell.
So please contact us if you are contemplating suing Shell or are already involved in ligation. We would be pleased to assist if we can. All information will be treated in strictest confidence unless otherwise agreed.

PS. If you have some important information or revelations about Shell that no newspaper would dare to publish, please contact us. Provided you can convince us that the information is genuine, we will publish it with a covering article. We have special dispensation from Shell for the publication of articles on the Internet as set out in a document supplied by Shell International Petroleum Company to the World Intellectual Property Organisation and later confirmed in an email by Shell International General Counsel, Richard Wiseman.
