Dutch, Algerians discuss Sahara gas venture-report

ALGIERS, Jan 10 (Reuters) - Algeria and the Netherlands discussed on Saturday a partnership involving Nigeria andRoyal Dutch Shell in a project to pipe Nigerian gas to Europe across the Sahara, Algerian official media reported.

Oil market manipulation alleged

A Shell spokeswoman said Friday that while her company was no longer shipping oil to the refinery, other oil suppliers were free to use the pipeline.
