Shell, Statoil May Send More Natural Gas to Nyhamna, NTB Says
April 3 (Bloomberg) -- Royal Dutch Shell Plc and StatoilHydro ASA want to transfer gas from new field developments in the Norwegian Sea to the Nyhamna processing plant, news agency NTB reported, citing Shells director of exploration and production in Norway Tore Holm and StatoilHydro vice president for reserves Hege Marie Norheim.
Arrow to Buy Beach Gas Asset for Up to A$400 Million
April 3 (Bloomberg) -- Arrow Energy Ltd., the Australian coal-seam gas producer, agreed to buy Beach Petroleum Ltd.s stake in a gas venture for as much as A$400 million ($287 million) after failing in a bid for Pure Energy Resources Ltd.
Royal Dutch Shell said to be willing seller of 34 per cent stake in Woodside Petroleum
BHP Billiton , up 10.4 per cent to £15.13, was once again being linked with a potential bid for Woodside Petroleum. Royal Dutch Shell , Woodside’s 34 per cent shareholder, was said to be a willing seller.
