INFORMATION FROM DELTA RIGHTS GROUP 28 MAY 2012

May 28, 2012

Dear John,

Find attached SHELL’S strategy to counter Delta Rights Group. This email below was inadvertently sent to us by Raphael Obasogie while attempting to send to his cronies. They are planning a massive media campaign and to use their “Divide and Rule” tactics to break the rank of the NECONDE 115. Typical SHELL!!!

The email…

“Charles,

Seems we have to step up our media response very quickly and also engage subtly/ informally the ex-Shell union officials who are now the union leaders in Neconde.

If okay to proceed, I will discuss details relying on our usual reliable IR tactics and strategy.

Regards

Ralph. “

Look at the kind of shallow and careless people employed by SHELL due to the fact that they have Godfathers, whereas, very intelligent people were kicked out. He did not pay heed to ‘Information Security’ and he claims to be the Head of IR.

It was this same Raphael Obasogie who claimed that SHELL paid the salaries of the NECONDE 115 for January and February while attempting to push through the sale of OML 26 (See the attachment below).

SHELL is full of lies, trickery and deceit and they have willing pawns in the likes of Raphael Obasogie.

Raphael and his cohorts are supposed to be Niger Deltans, but are fighting against the Cause of their fellow Niger Deltans because of a plate of porridge.

More expose to follow.

Sincerely,
Delta Rights Group.

Subject: 12HOURS TO GO… Exposing the Fuel Subsidy Thieves in Nigeria

0400hrs (+1 GMT)
April 27, 2012

Dear Sir,

It is exactly twelve (12) hours left before the expiration of the deadline for you to pay the Terminal Benefits to the family of the Late Mr. Daniel Anyanwu and to pay the NECONDE 115 their March salaries without any further delay whatsoever.

People working in SHELL Nigeria have received their March and April salaries, yet, March salary hasn’t been paid to the NECONDE 115, save for the 14 (or so) of them who were blackmailed into signing that NECONDE Letter. SHELL tricked these unlucky individuals into this problem, in the guise of OML 42 Divestment

Once it gets to1600hrs, we will release the email below, the attachments, pictures of crude oil spills caused by SHELL in Nigeria showing SHELL logo, the Well Name, Field Name, pictures of Production Support swimming inside water to push away the spilled crude oil into the open river, thereby, exposing themselves to serious dangers, etc. These will be released to international whistle blowing Groups, the international media, local media, etc and it will cause collateral damage to the way people see SHELL.

You have oppressed the NECONDE 115 enough!!! Or do you want another one of them to slump and die? Injury to ONE is injury to ALL!!!

The Niger Delta is tired of being oppressed. Out of 115 personnel, 72 of them are from the Nigerian Niger Delta made up of youths of Ijaw, Isoko, Itsekiri, Urhobo, etc, extraction, and the worrying fact was that most of them were not pensionable. How will they take care of their responsibilities with no source of income for the now?

Since February ending, they haven’t been paid and they have wives, children, aged parents, etc to take care of. These are young boys and ladies in their early 30’s to early 40’s who are the breadwinners in their families.

Enough of the marginalization of the Niger Delta and Niger Deltans!!!

Crude Oil is a blessing and should not be a curse in the case of the Niger Delta. We have suffered enough environmental degradation, lived with our Ecosystem being negatively affected and now, you want to push our youths into poverty, which will eventually lead to upsurge in crimes in the Niger Delta.

Delta Rights Group + Allies world-wide say NO to this marginalisation and oppression of the Niger Delta and Niger Deltans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your anticipated favourable response and we look forward to a peaceful resolution of this case so that the NECONDE 115 can get back their lives.

Sincerely,

Delta Rights Group.
