Tom,

Have you  received the alleged further demand for more alcohol money invoice/email from Shell yet?

Have you established if Martin Callinan the Commissioner got the package of documents relating to the alcohol delivery to Belmullet and to the Athlone by pass on the instruction of Shell in December 2007?

You have read documents recently where Shell were in discussions  with OSSL in their  offices in London and in three Hotels in Ireland ,three  of these meeting were called and Chaired by the CEO of the biggest company in Europe Shells Michael Crothers ….Shell would have you believe that these meetings were about a simple contractural dispute with possibly the smallest vendor they have ever conducted business with ,if this were so why is the CEO in attendance when such a piddling matter is on the table ? …….we will tell you why ……these meeting were all headlined by …THE SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL TO THE POLICE FORCE IN BELMULLET …and in ATHLONE On the EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS OF SHELL SENIOR MANAGEMENT ON THE CORRIB GAS
PROJECT ……

Mr Crothers…asked us to accept an amount which was to include the outstanding 2007 alcohol
Money not to be confused with the already paid for 2005 2006 alcohol supplied by them to the local police in those years .

Mr Crothers wanted that amount to be included in a apology payment for stock that he felt we had been immorally left with when we were abruptly and without notice dismissed from the project ( his words ) ,he stated to all present in the Burlington Hotel that this was the only way to deal with the alcohol money as he could not ” COMPARTMENTALISE” the payment in its open description as alcohol …..we understood this from the previous years alcohol supply to police where we were instructed to bury the payment in FALSIFIED ROADBRIDGE INVOICES …

OSSL DECLINED THE BURLINGTON HOTEL OFFER STATING THAT WE REQUIRED THE ALCOHOL MONEY ON TOP OF HIS OFFER …BECAUSE HIS OFFER WOULD HAVE LEFT US GROSSLY OUT OF POCKET …….for the record legal representation for both companies was present  at this meeting.

Shortly after the BURLINGTON HOTEL meeting  a representative of KPMG called to our accountants office to offer the CHILLING THREAT that if we persisted in HIGHLIGHTING the POLICE ALCOHOL that his client had sent to the local force WE AT OSSL COULD BE FACING A PRISON SENTENCE…for our part in this corrupt act.

Straight forward contractural dispute meetings these were not……as the previous CEO on the project said THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER FOR SHELL …..and we will deal with it ..

They didn’t ..  Did Michael Crothers tell you any of this when you met ?

A further package of all all copies of correspondence will be hand delivered to MARTIN CALLINAN …..proof of delivery will be retained by OSSL.

SHELL ..would have you believe that they don’t know anything

Why were they flying my solicitor ….prepaid before he left by Shell ,to London from Dublin if there was no very serious matter on the table ?

Why did they further prepay him to attend a meeting in the Burlington Hotel in Dublin at which OSSL refused their offer to include the police alcohol in a payment for safety items ….similar to the way they paid for the 2005 2006 alcohol by invoicing a unwitting subcontractor for safety items …all confirmed by the Broadhaven Bay falsification meeting minuted by Shell ?

Why when OSSL refused the Burlington Hotel falsification proposed by Crothers did they send KPMG man to threaten OSSL as they did.

Why did refuse to share a document with OSSL that they had promised to share in a meeting in London that would have closed the situation down …a promise made in the presence of legal representatives ..who’s notes confirm all?

Ask Tom ….your in charge of this very serious matter ……

Oh yes something else …..SUPERINTENDANT DISKIN ….in Belmullet  told me by telephone after he asked me to stop protesting outside his police office …that although he was not present when the delivery occurred …his colleagues informed him that they thought that OSSL were Only the delivery company I.e the Courier of the delivery ……THE DELIVERY OF WHAT ?
