Shell cloud use

Many major organisations are now fully embarking on cloud strategies and the latest evidence of this came from HP’s Discover event in Barcelona.

Shell revealed that it is embracing cloud wherever possible in order to reduce hardware costs and boost efficiency. This comes despite the oil giant admitting that there are security concerns and a lack of maturity in cloud services, as the benefits outweigh the potential pitfalls.
