LONDON (AFX) – Royal Dutch Shell PLC is due to meet Russia’s energy minister today to try to conclude the sale of a stake in the 20 bln usd Russian gas project Sakhalin-2, The Times and Daily Telegraph reported.
The agreement is expected to see Shell relinquish control for cash, which would be disappointing for the British oil group, which needs to bolster its reserves.
