United Arab Emirates:

The UAE’s International Petroleum Investment Company and Royal Dutch Shell are weighing up possible joint oil and gas exploration projects in Turkmenistan, reported Reuters citing the WAM news agency. The firms are also planning a $500m urea plant with a capacity of 1m tonnes per annum.
