Warning about scam Shell lotteries

Displayed below is another example of the scam “Shell” lotteries which have been circulated for some time.

I did several months ago tip off Michiel Brandjes, the Company Secretary and General Counsel of Royal Dutch Shell Plc but Shell seems powerless to stop these scams being conducted on a national and international basis in Shell’s name.

Shell does publish a fraud and scam alert on Shell.com

There is also related information on callersmart.com

We know that Shell has run at least one scam lottery/game scheme in the past which conned millions of motorists, but it cannot be held responsible for unofficial scams conducted by other con artists.

BE WARNED: THE EMAIL BELOW IS A SCAM

Thanks for putting this info out there. My boss received this same scam email but for Shell United Kingdom instead of Dutch. Wording is the same.
