The Hague, nov 18th, 2008.

Shell and the Dutch government will exchange managers. That has been agreed on by Peter de Wit, director of Shell Netherlands, and Minister Guusje ter Horst (Domestic Affairs).

Government and businesses must get insight in each other’s worlds this way. The exchange has the form of posting of government managers at Shell and the other way around. The posting will in principle last one to two years.

The exchange programme is an initiative of the foundation “Verkiezing Overheidsmanager van het Jaar” (election government manager of the year).
