Failed socialist politician Nebahat Albayrak appointed as Shell EP Vice President

FROM A SHELL SOURCE

Hello John

Read today in Dutch papers that Nebahat Albayrak will become vice president for communications in Shell EP.

Here Wikipedia in English (only the dutch version says she will start at Shell on 6th November).

She is another failed socialist politician (IMHO). After Shell appointed a new director Shell Nederland Dick Benschop (also a failed socialist politician, bag carrier for den Uyl and later Kok), the door appears open to people with the ‘correct’ background rather than the correct skills.

They can all give nice speeches and carry no accountability. The salaries these people get is in the bracket of € 250 (Albayrak) to >600k (Benschop) plus lots of goodies and bonuses. They all add to the overhead.

And Shell still keeps complaining they have a shortage of qualified technical staff….. It pays better to be a fast talking lawyer or historian than to be a clever engineer in Shell. The latter also will be held accountable in case something blows up or spills oil!
