On 15 September we will haul a giant people-powered polar bear through central London. Aurora is part protest, part performance – all Arctic. She is a giant super-puppet – the size of a double decker bus – and her fur carries the names of each and every member of the movement to save the Arctic.

See her transformation over the past couple of months from a design into a giant marionette.

You can walk with her on 15 September – find out more here.

Aurora’s parade

The Arctic sea ice is melting to record lows and oil companies like Shell are lining up to exploit the fragile Arctic. As the ice reaches its lowest point of the year, thousands of us across the globe will come together in a global Arctic uproar to challenge these oil drillers.

On 15 September we will haul a giant people-powered polar bear through central London. Aurora is part protest, part performance – all Arctic. She is a giant super-puppet – the size of a double decker bus – and her fur carries the names of each and every member of the movement to save the Arctic.

She will bring the voice and spirit of the Arctic and everyone defending it to oil companies on their home turf in an epic parade through the capital. Aurora’s parade is the London chapter of #Iceride – a global day of action that will see people in over 70 cities around the world join a massive global protest against Arctic destruction.

Join us on the 15th to walk with Aurora.
