Shell Brent Bravo deaths caused by criminal negligence

The ugly truth behind the deaths – criminal negligence, corruption, falsification of safety records, conducted under a brutal, mentally unbalanced Asset Manager operating a Touch F*** All regime, supported by Malcolm Brinded, has been covered up by Shell for almost two decades. Shell got away with manslaughter.

Printed below are emails and attachments sent last month to the named parties by Bill Campbell. Where indicated, the recipients included Trade Unions and the Scottish Parliament Justice Committee. Mr Campbell is a retired global safety guru for Royal Dutch Shell. I have redacted personal email addresses.

The emails were also copied to Susan Moncrieff, a family member of one of the deceased Brent Bravo platform workers, Keith Moncrieff.

The recommendations could not be clearer, I also asked the production director in the packed assembly room in Tullos Aberdeen that he needed to suspend the Brent Management Team pending a disciplinary hearing into their criminal negligence, this was not done, but it is not contentious that this was recommended and this is covered in confirming documentation from Shell. Allowing the mentally unbalanced Manager to continue sealed the fate of Moncrieff and McCue.

You can read what decision the MD took on the Asset Manager in 1999 in the Case against Malcolm Brinded CBE, who coincidentally was nominated this aware by Liddell before she resigned as Secretary of State in 2003

This is self explanatory, I have gone to some detail in notes which give the reader an insight into the brutal regime the victims Moncrieff and McCue were working under. There is a page missing, page 17, which is being modified and includes a statement from an OIM who had to work under the Asset Manager. This will be passed to you on my return to the UK. To the Justice Committee this is a formal submission to you from the Moncrieff family and a 10 minute review will inform you how evil it was to in any way blame the deceased for their involvement in their demise.

This puts some meat on the bones as a highlight of the appalling conditions and the total failure of OSD officials to apply Enforcement as evidence of their repeated collusion with Shell to keep all this from public scrutiny.
