President Trump Visit to Site

Tuesday, 8/13/19

  • Start time will be at 7 AM. We will NOT be inspecting scaffolds for day shift.
  • Everyone is to report to be B tents.
  • Once you are on site, you will not be permitted to leave it until the all-clear is given in the afternoon.
  • DO NOT bring lunch boxes all backpacks. Breakfast will be provided.
  • DO NOT wear steel toe shoes, tennis shoes are acceptable.
  • Wear long sleeve hi-vis clothing.
  • NO metal in your pockets, NO large belt buckles. You will be walking through a metal detector at the Trump speech location.
  • All personnel will be bussed to the Trump speech location. Prepare to stand in seven hours. You will be standing through your normal lunch period. Lunch WILL NOT be provided.
  • Busses will transport personnel to their respective parking lots following the speech. You will not be returning to be B tent
  • You will be paid according to your clock scans. It is extremely important that you received the scan in/out NO SCAN, NO PAY.
  • Phones are allowed at the event. They are to be turned to silent mode.
  • No yelling, shouting, protesting or anything viewed as resistance will be tolerated at the event. An underlying theme of the event is to promote good will from the labor unions. Your building trades leaders and job stewards have agreed to this.
  • Your attendance is not mandatory. This will be considered an excused absence. However, those who are NOT in attendance will not receive overtime pay on Friday.
  • FOREMEN-Please have all your personnel sign on the reverse and return to Chris Fannin by the end of shift, today.
