Shame I have to give a minimum of one star! Moved into a house that is supplied by these jokers. Spent 40 minutes waiting for chat to be told that I cannot register via chat. Spent most of the afternoon trying to get through on the phone as they are always busy.

Cannot get through on the phone or chat online, where are all the staff? Theyve messed up my bills and have taken money out of my account when I had already paid them, now I have an unauthorised overdraft. Sick of it so I’m leaving

Trying to contact them is also a very time consuming and frustrating experience: 20 minutes to obtain a reply on my first call; over 40 minutes in a second call on which I gave up. Email is little better. It took days for SE to respond to my email/complaint and their response that did not address all my questions.

Continual harassment to have a smart meter fitted, they phoned everyday, if I’d known what their smart meter contractors were like I wouldn’t have bothered.

Never been with such a garbage company as Shell.Since last March our bills have been always estimated as they have an ongoing problem with their software.We will most certainly be ditching this low rate company when our contract ends.Take my advice and steer clear of these clowns.

Worst company in the world
Live chat on website is permanently down with just a message saying due to high volumes they unable to chat with you. I don’t think that the high volume of users are customers contacting them to praise them for their service. Think long and hard about this before you make the biggest mistake of your life and sign up to them. If you do decide to go with them then you will start to regret it from day one.
I am counting down the days until the end of February when I can finally get free from the hell that I have been through whilst being a customer of yours.
You are, and I say it again, the worst company by a country mile that I’ve ever had the misfortune to do business with.

After the move they lost all my previous billing details, so I was threatened with bailiffs…
