Prelude to remain shut three more weeks: regulator

THE Prelude, Shell’s flagship floating LNG vessel moored offshore Western Australia, will remain shut down “for at least three weeks from Wednesday February 12,” the offshore regulator has told Energy News, based on information from Shell.
The National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority issued Shell a safety notice January 22 but did not shut the vessel down.
