Review Verdict on Shell Energy posted today on Trustpilot: Absolutely Useless
Tried not to give any stars without success.
For eighteen months I have tried to advise this company that I had moved into the property.
Constant telephone calls and even an email to the CEO did not help.
Tried giving details and were informed that the house did not exist, was asked twice to photograph the meters and were generally unhelpful. Then they charged the previous occupant an enormous amount which they took out of their bank account illegally, even though they had paid their last bill before we moved
Even though they were informed of my name I have at long last received a substantial bill addressed to The Occupier.
Cannot wait to pays this and take custom elsewhere as soon as possible.
The worst company I have ever had to deal with.
