BEWARE SHELL BROADBAND IS A SCAM!!

Shell broadband is the worse company I have ever dealt with. It doesn’t work and if you complain even after several engineers interventions still doesn’t yield any positive outcome. Also if you decide to opt out of your contract due to inadequate service they will put you into dept with early cancellation fees. Even though They first breached the contract of not providing me what they promised. Their telephone customer service advisors are soo professional and they lie soo much it’s ridiculous. They have caused me severe emotional distress for soo many years. I advise anyone thinking of switching to SHELL BROADBAND TO STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Shockingly bad broadband service!

Shockingly bad broadband service! Website is dismal. No facility to update payment details. No way to contact customer service. They never answer the phone. Chat facility doesn’t work. Contact form is a robot with no useful answers. Wifi is rubbish. Router is rubbish. All in all, Shell Broadband is rubbish. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Unresolved Dispute

Having raised a dispute on the 11th January 2021 and being assured that within the 38 day period the matter would be resolved, it still has not been resolved. It is now passed day 60 with no communication from Shell Energy. I have contacted Shell Energy and have raised a further complaint. The matter relates to Shell Energy sending the wrong meter readings to my previous supplier EON, despite me sending the readings on the day Shell Energy requested. EON confirm that Shell have still not sent them the correct readings. The result is I have been overcharged for the EON final bill and have not been given a refund on the overcharge..

This energy company is the most…

This energy company is the most expensive I’ve ever been and the online billing is not the most straightforward at all..wouldn’t recommend this energy supplier at all..I thought they were 100% renewable but how come it is still expensive?? Trying to get someone on the phone is nightmare and always passing complaints to whatever department that I don’t bloody know..very annoying!!!

persuading people to sign up with Shell services is the biggest criminal con in the history of criminality ever while the fat cats are laughing at you as if it were a ponzi scheme.

i found myself with an download of 0.15mbps and an upload of 0.12mbps. simply unacceptable for that price with speeds like that it should be priced at 50p per month or maybe even free
