Useless, now 3 promises of a call back but none. Liars!

Yet again, promises of a call back but no call back on Landlord issues….shambolic, useless utility provider. Useless!

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, DO NOT USE SHELL ENERGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don’t have a clue what they’re doing, overcharge me by £500 but won’t give me a refund, fast forward 8 months and I’ve used up all my credit, two further ‘estimated’ bills (I have a smart metre!!) totalling £750 (for 2 months), threaten me with bailiffs, call them, ‘we’ll put your account on hand while we investigate’, a week later and they’ve referred me to Bailiffs, don’t trust them, don’t use them, I’d rather lick a donkey’s crack than use Shell again, counting down the days until my contract is over

Abysmal

Meanwhile, over in Customer Service:

Work experience lad: Hey guys! Someone’s put a complaint on Trustpilot saying they’ve received a payment reminder but haven’t actually been sent a bill. Shall I apologise and say we’ll look into it?

Customer service old hand: No, hold that, I’ve got a better idea. Let’s totally ignore their complaint and offer up a reply that doesn’t acknowledge their issue at all. I’ll send a long spiel getting them to sign up for direct debit with no mention of the fact that we are at fault for neglecting to send a bill and then, adding insult to injury, harassing a totally innocent customer. In that way we’ll never have to send a bill again and can just take the money when we fancy. Result all round.

If I could give no stars I would!!! They must spin a wheel when producing bills I’ll probably owe them forever with what they keep coming up with !!!! Stay away !!!! Energy ombudsman must owe them too !!!

LAIRS AND THIEVES!!

There was a small problem with the meter but the shell seems to ignore it all and just charge us with a tons of money that we cant afford, we’re re only students. They don’t communicate and they just still your money. We’re been with Shell for 5 months and they already charge us £500? Theres only 2 of us in a small studio? Tell me if thats not over charging and they don’t know how to calculate at all! We keep asking why are they charging us £350 for only 2 months but they admitted that they calculated it wrong and the £350 was meant for the whole time we were with them but they didn’t calculate it and they still charge us without actually calculating it which seems that they only want to take our money and completely forget to come up with a solution! They said that they put our account on hold to solve the problem were having at the moment but they still took the money anyways! They only care about your money and never your needs. WILL SWITCH AND WILL NEVER USE SHELL EVER AGAIN! The whole company is unhelpful and thieves!
