Another wrong bill, credit threats while they don’t respond

They’ve billed the wrong amount again, for things they said had been corrected months ago. I’ve asked for a clear, correct calculation of my bill multiple times. Customer service are not responding, and in the meantime the automated system is threatening to damage my credit rating. I am trying to resolve this situation, Shell are taking forever to respond, and my credit file may be damaged as a result.
