Update they want more money from me if I don’t pay it within 12 months it’s going on my credit file I can’t win with this company never in my life have I felt like this they want what I haven’t got I can’t take any more!!

Lowest of the low

I didn’t want to be with shell I was with greenstar and had the unfortunate experience of being forced to take on shell. It’s been one of most stressful things if my life. From the start shell lied repeatedly, they sent wrong information, one time I got 7 bills all dated same day all for wild amount one over£700. Before even attempting to rectify shell informed a Bailiff to attend my property. I was compensated. And then again when received more fantasy bills I tried to complain again and was told if I keep complaining they will add back £300 on to my account they were ordered to pay as compensation. The ombudsmen found them guilty of lying and bullying and again ordered to compensate me. So I’m ready to leave. I get my last bill. I had submitted meter reading well in advance. My electricity was now 8 times higher than average and my gas 5 times higher. They had estimated this despite having meter readings . When I called to complain and explain it need to be sorted so I can leave I was told legally I can’t leave with this amount outstanding even if it’s not right. I was then told it could take up to two months so maybe be easier if I sign new contract with shell then they can Investigate my made up bill sooner. It’s what these people are like. You wouldn’t think a big company would lie but shell do and blatant. My compalint with ombudsmen shell tried to tell me it’s in terms conditions they can take away compensation as easy as they give it. This was a blatant lie again they got caught by ombudsmen on. Do trust these people. And worst part is you complain, they will act on trustpilot concerned and want to help as soon as possible. It’s for show it’s not actually true

Don’t touch them with barge pole terrable company the cost was low and then they hiked up they got me in to lot of debt of over 416 pound which they never told me I was in so much debt iv treid to work out the costing and can’t work it out for love nor money I did switch to another company and they said I owed another 162 were do they get there figure from

Bill doubled in 1 month

I was with these up till last year.
I am a single person living in a 1bed flat, my bill was calculated at £54.00 per month, all was going well until my last bill (before changing supplier)suddenly doubled to around £117.00
Which considering my day to day life doesn’t alter that much, the letter I recieved explaining this increase was ” I have & will use more energy or I have purchased an electric car” & NO I don’t own an electric car. Mystified by this, hence I changed supplier where upon I got a final bill for £171.00 which I have begrudgingly paid after a call from debt agency. There is something seriously wrong with this company, I think greed & stupidity just about covers it. From £54.00 to £117 in 4 weeks…..now they’ve extorted this money out of me I’m sure they’ll think they are right but my account no was; 3576345.
