Never come across a more incompetent…
Never come across a more incompetent company in my life, hadn’t heard of them for 4 years after canceling with first utility because receiving bad internet…4 years later and they have started reporting on my credit file as a new debt for there “charges” I owed. Passed from pillar to post I Set up a repayment plan which I was told an email would confirm the arrangement…it didn’t instead it stated my broadband will be up and running again…. whaaaat! Also in the email was zero info on how to pay, what the payment is and how often. I was told this would be sent to me I the email. Shell you better not be switching me over to you again! Please do as promised so I can finally be rid of you! Wont hold.my breath tho doesn’t seem like anyone can follow o there promises without being prompted.
Also the phone calls have all been recorded my end.
