Impossible to cancel Shell crap broadband?

Since Shell Energy bought the Post Office…

Since Shell Energy bought the Post Office Broadband, I have been trying to cancel my broadband. I have spoken to customer service after huge delays, I have emailed and I have tried navigating their website, all to no avail. It is impossible to cancel apparently.

I am still paying and no one has actioned my requests: it has been over 6 months. It feels like entrapment. I have been singularly unimpressed.

Please cancel my account.

worked for a few days but since fully transferred from PO Broadband I have no access to my web account home page with no way to connect to my phone, broadband or energy account, off course no chat service and phone just keeps ringing for hours with no answer
