The worst customer experience ever

Was with Post Office broadband (not great). They transferred to Shell Energy Broadband. It can take over an hour to speak to Shell tech support, you have to go through general customer services first. The broadband service is unreliable. It stops working and the router shows a large red light. They were supposed to send an engineer but nobody knocked on the door, day wasted. Fault not fixed it seems, no follow up email. I returned the original Post Office router to them via the Post Office, but they kept emailing me telling me they had not recd. it and telling me I was going to be charged £35. I am terminating my contract. I will never use Shell for anything again.

Avoid at all costs, I use to be with the post office which was fine, but it got taken over by shell, the router was slow and useless and the customer service is shocking I had taken me 1hr and a half to talk to someone then got cut off, I have returned my route in the post in the bag they supplied and I am still be pestered with emails saying they will charge me £35 pounds for that crap route that never worked properly why on earth would I want to keep it anyway, glad I am no longer with them, I am now with plusnet and can I say they have been excellent and the broadband works fab

Awful company

Every month I need to chase up my bill, last 2 months the direct debit has not been taken on time nor a bill generated. Contacted last Saturday and still not heard anything. A shambles of a company! Avoid at all costs

Unnesscery drama

Moved home, submitted readings.
Had to call up to setup new house. Poor communicatuons. Passed around deparements.
When getting through someone said i calp you back but didnt
Next day 3 hours on the phone to co plain and resolve. All at my expense

Recorded calls delay phone call which made it take even longer.

Frustrated, high prices, poor expereince no compensation

Why the hell is Shell Energy asking for…

Why the hell is Shell Energy asking for a review for keeping me on hold then asking some basic suggestions before chucking me into a ‘we’ll investigate and get back to you’ void…? Talk about pushy! I’d prefer not to be put on hold, speak to a person and have my issue resolved on the spot – THEN you can ask for a review…!
