Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, they don’t communicate properly, their online systems aren’t managed properly you can’t access your accounts or even set up an account, the customer service team transfer to wrong department multiple times because they couldn’t be bothered to deal with the query. Rang 3 weeks ago to let them know we moved into a property and update all the details, all the meter readings were given and I rang back today and they have no recollection or any details of anything. Unprofessional uneducated staff throughout the company.

Spectacularly Incompetent and Useless.

Incompetent. Useless and sheer incredible bad service. My Girlfriend moved out of a property in August. She gave them a meter reading. Have not received a bill even after repeatedly requesting a final bill. Then they place 4 markers on her credit file and even admit that they cocked up?! Now demanding her lease agreement and other hoops to jump through because they didn’t cancel the account when they should have. Unbelievably unbelievable!

They sent me a fake charge!

I have had a very bad experience with Shell Energy. They charged me for Electricity I hadn´t used a year after leaving the company when I have proof that I was with EON Next at that time and they are charging me for the same period.

Now, they are threatening me with taking me to court and writing me in debt registers when I have paid all the bills I have received in my life. It is very stressful!

I urge you to take action on this issue and correct your error, please.

I moved home on the 14th December 2022…

I moved home on the 14th December 2022 I made an appointment with shell three weeks before the move to have broadband installed at my new address on the 23rd December, they didn’t turn up I was told to wait I waited for 6 days the still did not arrive, now they email me to make another appointment for the 4th January no apologies. This is the worst iv ever been treated Iv stopped my d debit. Do not use shell energy .

Since moving house end of September…

Since moving house end of September 2022 and closing my account. Shell energy have held in excess of £2500 of my credit. They have said 3 times the Cheque is in the post and it’s not arrived. I cannot comprehend such poor customer service

Went through the whole process to sign…

Went through the whole process to sign up with Shell, filled out app, waited for approval, set up automatic withdrawals fro my account. Then two months later find out they didn’t approve me for some silly reason and never notified me. They say they tried calling me but I never got a message, no letter, no email- nothing. So my apartments assumed I had no electric provider and I’m being charged extra. Thanks a lot, Shell. I’m not even an actual customer and they already have screwed me over.

Terrible customer service!!!

Terrible customer service!!!! I have called them 5 times to resolve one relatively simple issue to do with my account as I am owed £390. They have sent me compensation of £60 but still not the amount that I am owed. KEEP AWAY !!!!!!!!!!
