Don’t Use Shell Energy Broadband

Left without internet for days

My service was activated before my router was sent out, leaving me without internet for days. They seem to think this is acceptable as they sent my router out on the day of activation with only 48-hour delivery, and it still hasn’t arrived. This is costing me so much in lost work but all they’ve offered me is £20 compensation for potentially 4 or 5 days without internet, and initially claimed that everything was ok. I’m having to spend loads topping up my mobile data. I’d advise people to avoid, or make sure their router arrives well in advance of the activation date.

Cheap but not cheerful

Awful. WiFi has been down a few times. This time I’ve asked for help many times. Keep having to call myself instead of some calling me. Same things repeated every call, clearly no communication. Finally I’m told there will be a request for a new modem, which might be agreed to. Unbelievable. I’m at home on my own and disabled – I can’t get out much and my main communication is email on my computer. I guess you get you pay for. Will not be renewing my contract that’s for sure.

Don’t use shell energy for broad band

Don’t use shell energy for broad band

14 day cooling off period is before the broadband goes live…..

To find out the signal was poor and slow when it was supposed to be super fibre

And sent me a £308 bill

Con artists!

Stay away from them if you dont want to pay twice more for everything. They are cheaters and one of the worst company on market.

Online chat useless

Online chat useless, ended up going backwards in the queue, how does that happen? Gave up just as mu phone battery died after 50 mins.
