I was interested to see on the Dutch Shell website extracts from my address to the oil and gas industries of Latin America in Cancun in 2006. Thank you for including it.

However, the telephone number and address of our Centre for Business and Public Sector Ethics, Cambridge, which I direct are out-of-date.

The headquarters of Libya Oil Ethiopia Ltd, located on Aba Sebsib Avenue (Debre Zeit Road) in Gotera.

Oil Libya Ltd was ordered last week to pay 210 million Br in back taxes for the purchase of shares from Shell Ethiopia Ltd, to the Ethiopian Revenues and Customs Authority (ERCA).

Shell Ethiopia, which was established pursuant to the United Kingdom (UK) Companies Act, was engaged in the distribution of petroleum products in Ethiopia since 1948. Shell Petroleum, a London based company, was the major shareholder with 587,813 of the company’s total 587,817 shares. read more

US companies launch ethical standards push

Under the agreement, from the Ethisphere Institute, companies will sign up to four principles of ethical behaviour: legal compliance, including not paying bribes; transparency; avoiding conflict of interests and increasing accountability.

Greece fines BP, Shell for price-fixing

ATHENS: Greece's state competition watchdog has fined British energy giant BP and Anglo-Dutch counterpart Royal Dutch Shell nearly 50 million euros (US$63 million) for price-fixing, the body said on Tuesday.
