Subject: Code of conduct Shells actions on Corrib
Dear Mr Crothers ,
A comment your spokesperson made yesterday, has been brought to our attention regarding Shells code of conduct .
May we politely request an answer to this question …Â Senior Shell Corrib management person
Mr Connor Byrne ….the man whom ordered the Garda Alcohol in 2005 2006 (both paid )and 2007 (unpaid ) was you personally informed us on the 9th of March 2012 in London ….
….DISMISSED FROM THE CORRIB PROJECT FOR A MASSIVE ABUSE OF WHAT YOU REFERRED TO AS “ACCOMMODATION PRIVILEGES”
You made this statement at the same time
“UNFORTUNATELY YOU (OSSL ) GOT TRAPPED IN THE CROSSFIRE ”
You made these remarks in the presence of your head of legal Julia Busby and another solicitor you paid to travel to that meeting Marc Fitzgibbon .
The last remarks that day from you in response to “what about the police alcohol money ” you said “we will work on that ” …..
Remember solicitors were present . You knew all about the alcohol then and you know about it now .
The question is ….as well as the burial ground known by Byrne as “Jacintas Garden “for the disguised favours which he massively abused was the supply of alcohol to Garda not a leading factor in his dismissal ?
Michael an urgent answer please …put the record straight .
With much respect ,

Mr Kane has advised that at a subsequent meeting Mr Crothers stated in front of the same solicitors… “I don’t want to compartmentalise the police alcohol”
