ATHENS, Greece (AP) – Police say they have defused an explosive device outside the Greek offices of oil giant Royal Dutch Shell PLC in Athens.
Explosives experts located the device after police received an anonymous call warning that a bomb would explode outside the Anglo-Dutch company headquarters Friday. It was destroyed in a controlled explosion.
Police say the strength of the device was not yet clear.
