Exxon, Shell File Move for Genetic Testing of Plaintiffs Tissue and Blood

GRETNA, La. Defendants Exxon Mobil Corp. and Shell Oil Co. are seeking access to a plaintiffs tissue and blood, saying that genetic testing will indicate whether the plaintiff has an “inherited propensity or susceptibility” to develop his cancer.
