Harassed to pay a bill 3 days earlier than it’s actually due

I have an energy bill that is due 24th of January, however today (21st of January) I’m getting an SMS from this hideous company telling me to pay my bill already. The message says that the bill payment is due. Seriously? I was getting this before, but this is a new “record”… 3 days before the bill is due … STOP HARASSING ME.

Terrible Customer Service

First utility was an excellent company. Since they went over to Shell the customer service has gone rapidly downhill.

They have their business model completely wrong. Isn’t it interesting how they have a member of staff responding to each of these reviews yet they have no staff available to actually deal with customer’s queries? Something very wrong there.

You cannot get through on the phone. You cannot get through on chat. If you’re lucky enough to get an email response your query won’t be answered satisfactorily/ or it will just be ignored.

Additionally, if you want to be overcharged for something you don’t have then this is the company for you.

STILL READING WHAT ARE OBVIOUSLY MADE UP REVIEWS BY SHELL ENERGY CUSTOMER SERVICES, PROBABLY EXPLAINS WHY THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE… TAKE YOUR COMPLAINTS TO OFGEM DIRECTLY, CONTACT YOUR LOCAL MP, SEND UPDATES OFF TO WATCHDOG THE TV SERIES, USE SOCIAL MEDIA TO OUT THESE GARBAGE MERCHANTS, THEY ARE NOT FIT TO SUPPLY ANYTHING IN THE ENERGY INDUSTRY, 2020 SEEMS TO BE ROLLING ON WITH THE SAME RIP OFFS AS BEFORE, SAVE YOUR PHONE BILL AND SEND E MAILS OR PUT YOUR COMMENTS DIRECTLY ONTO THE CUSTOMER REVIEW SITE, THEY ALWAYS LOOK AT THAT.

Worse experience EVER
first bill received was in a completely different name then no bill for months on end rang several times to enquire as to the problem with no clear answers give on any occasion and then almost 10 months later a bill lands for 1700 THANKS

EXTREMELY BAD CALL CENTRE

I have spent in excess of 3 hours trying to get through to them without any luck. Answer your calls so I can book an engineer to install a smart meter. I was sent an email saying that I had to book it by the 31st January or my tariff will increase, thanks for that. ANSWER YOUR CALLS!! ?

Shell energy is Terrible they lied when…

Shell energy is Terrible they lied when I first went with them and in 6 months my bill has more than doubled. It also takes forever to get through and when you do it’s like talking to a brick wall my advice is to stay well clear do not trust them.
