I am in possession of a leaked 19 page document published by Shell yesterday 12 November 2017 entitled ICO QUARTERLY COMPETITIVE REVIEW: Q3 2017.
I note that it bears the warning:
“RESTRICTED: Not to be circulated outside Shell.
Your name appears as the lead contact.
I intend to publish the entire content later today, but wanted to first give Shell the opportunity to state any objection and for your lawyers to seek an injunction if you deem it appropriate.
If I receive no response by 5pm UK time this afternoon, I will assume that no such action is being taken and will immediately publish the entire document.
As usual, security measures will be taken so that the identity of our insider source is 100% protected.
The publication of the review may be embarrassing, but I believe it is only fair for your competitors to read what you have to say about each of them.
