All the good reviews are faked as I…
All the good reviews are faked as I found out recently through reviews, since they changed from first Utility they have been a huge problem and have charging customers whatever prices they want and say it’s a fixed tariff, I’m currently a victim of their overcharged customers. I’ve been with first Utility for 5 years since it was taken by shell Energy. They are a very snide company that take advantage of you if you don’t submit meter readings and like to use whatever script they can explain why it’s this much they have calculated, it’s best to stay clear of this as you can check the news about them in 2019 since. I have now decided to switch from these scummy fraudsters. I recommend uswitch each year as there’s no reason to stay with one company. It’s a few mins process. I spent 4 years with them to know give a accurate review from my experience, they’ve made losses so they want to gain more money from wherever they can. It’s just business.
