I actually cried dealing with customer service today.
From the start of the contract, dealing with shell has been horrific.
Today, nearly 3 hours of fascinating calls, being cut off & calling back (1st call lasted 57mins) spoke to FOUR DIFFERENT AGENTS TRANSFERRING ME BACK AND FORTH IN ONE CALL.
The customer service/payment support team REALLY HAVE NO CLUE.
I’m really worried my credit rating will be effected by dealing with Shell because they are so unhelpful.
I’m currently on hold with them now, my 1st call was made at 2.28pm its now 4.42pm and I’m still trying to find out what I should do best for my situation, I feel totally defeated.
I will definitely be submitting a complaint.
