An awful unhelpful useless incompetent company with apalling customer service. We’ve been trying to resolve an issue with our meter for the last three months and we’re no further than we were on the first day!!
We’ve called numerous times, submitted photos more than once, Shell themselves have sent someone on three separate occasions to our house to look at the meter and those people took photos and submitted reports.
And still nothing!!! We said we want to make a complaint and were told it would be raised but nothing happened. Most recently we were told a case handler has been assigned to our case and would call us in three days but of course no one called. We chased this up yesterday and were told someone would call back in an hour …….all I can say is we have a better chance of Santa delivering our presents than Shell calling us or resolving the issue.
Utterly useless and incompetent. Will most definitely NOT recommend to family and friends!!!!
