Dishonest, fraudulent, unprofessional

Please can you investigate fraudulent removal of nearly £2000 by Shell. I will be going to small claims and the police if this money is not returned Ref [9815163]. 
I will be making a formal complaint to every authority about Shell. The house was unoccupied and you don’t send any letters. Disgraceful, dishonest and I’ll be taking your legal team to task. Please give me their details.

Would give a minus if I could…absolutely terrible…customer service shocking….my husband is the account holder – he has cancer and has had a stroke recently….they are hounding him constantly. I have never in my life known such a terrible inhumane, company with zero ethics…AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service! We were notified on the 27th September 2021 that a old supplier Green had gone bust and that Shell would take over. We were told 4-6 week for the transfer but by this point we have now moved from this property. Called today for them to tell me I still have to pay for a property I no longer live at and that it will take another 4/6 week for us to close the account! Ridiculous! I am not paying another penny for somewhere I do not live at. Both people I spoke to from Shell were useless and didn’t know anything to help, so I now have to wait nearly 8 weeks for a refund of the credit on the account! Do not use them and switch from them as soon as possible.

The usual poor service from Shell

Having been told that I have been shifted to Shell, and another email telling me what Tariff I will be on (massively more expensive than my previous supplier) still no account number so I can see my account. It can’t be that difficult to let customers know their account number or are Shell so worried that we will see how much they have hiked our bills. I was with Shell before and they were rubbish – which is why I left. Now I’ve been forced to use them and they are still rubbish.
