Well folks you know the drill by now…
Well folks you know the drill by now cant give a zero !!blah blah it appears that shell have appointed a dedicated handler in the complaints dept called Thomas prefer the formality of a surname really as he s not my mate and i am unlikely to go to the pub with him . Sorry Thomas ! it has taken Shell Since 27th Sept to effect this . Approximately 2 weeks away from going to deadlock . I will try to speak to Thomas tomorrow at 9am and see if he has any authority to try and sort this sorry mess out as no one at Shell has thus far . Christ thought British Gas customer service was bad enough these numpties are in a league of their own . Keep you posted .
