Shell broadband is the worst…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I moved house, asked them to cancel my account and send me a bag to send the router back. I had to call them 11 times to ask for the bag and nothing arrived. I returned it at my own expense. They threatened to take £35.00 for the router from my bank account which I cancelled. Luckily I had proof that I sent it back. Will never ever deal with these people again. It was a simple request that they made extremely hard.

Customer Service is appalling

Why is so difficult to leave Shell Broadband peacefully?
They want to retain customers but are disinterested in listening to user queries. A customer service person hung the phone on me earlier on today simply because he was inpatient or couldn’t understand my query. He is nothing but a disgrace to Shell Energy.

We put smart meters in Sept and since there no able to know my spendings. Keep contacting them and they promise to resolve it in 7 days, been 4 months now!

Hopeless…..

Have been trying to speak to customer services for 25 minutes. Have been cut off and am now back In a loop. All I want is my January bill – the readings of which I gave on Jan 8th. Goodness how I miss the efficiency and helpfulness of Green. The first person I spoke to said they hadn’t received my credit from Green which is a lie as they took account of it in my December bill. Maybe somebody from Shell will read this and feel they would like to do something helpful….

Was told i was leaving my suppler and…

Was told i was leaving my suppler and being moved to shell i am with British gas for my gas and energy yet shell cannot understand my next door neighbour in number 4 wants to move to shell not the people in 4a. This is the second time in 3 months they tried to steal me from British gas who are being blocked from moving me back to them by being ignored, all letters and call evidence have been passed on to our solicitor who is talking to British gas for confirmation of communications sent to shell not happy

shocking company shocking customer service they dont take the money for your bill and email saying your overdue
you ring them up takes forever to get through
finally speak to someone who not bother that is there mistake
cant wait till contract is over and leave
