Broadband never worked & terrible customer service

My broadband got bought by shell from the post office. When they made the switch it has never worked since, despite me calling them countless times. It takes an hour at least on hold to wait for someone to answer. I have had enough and want to cancel my contract and I’m struggling to get she’ll to pick up the phone and speak to me. Terrible service

Awful company!

Awful company! Been transferred with no choice from post office broadband to Shell. Firstly they have hiked my broadband monthly price up to £61 from my contractual agreed £25. Emailed 3 weeks ago, no response. Chat service is appalling they just keep dropping you to bottom of queue. Broadband has been rubbish since the take over, never had a single problem when with Post office for over 5 years, broadband is constantly dropping since with Shell. Avoid at all costs

After numerous phone calls still being…

After numerous phone calls still being fobbed off. Was promised super fast fiber at 63mega bites package and have just spoke to a customer service advisor that have told me am actually getting 1.5 mega bites and that this is super fast fiber. I have cancelled the service and have been told I have to pay the full contract as the cancellation fee. Disappointed to say the least the amount of hastle and no internet is an utter joke I will be going to ofcom about this. Stay well clear of this company full of false promises and missleading information. Daylight robbery. I will be posting this to all social media as well unless this is resolved

Unbelievably bad

Absolutely appalling customer service for internet. Spent virtually all day trying to get through to a human two weeks ago, transferred 3 times, and eventually I gave up. Tried again on Tuesday this week – chatbot wouldn’t work, rang them and hung on listenng to music and adverts for 40 minutes, and gave up. Unbelievably poor service, which we pay for in the charges.
