DO NOT BUY fibrebroadband from these people. We are now 21 days past the go live date. Still not live. It is impossible to get to talk to some one so far I have been in ques for a total of over 9 hours. Still waiting for email enquiry to be answered 5 days after sending mesage to ask when Fibre will be installed?
Customer service was abysmal. 22/06 was meant to be my go live date, which I had to call the day before to confirm. Booked annual leave to let the technicians in and no one turned up. Takes anything up to 50’ to get through to customer service and the last lady I spoke to in retentions was very rude, interrupting me and putting me through to the technical department as I was trying to explain my dissatisfaction. Cancelled my subscription. Please choose alternative providers.
Currently on the phone 41 minutes and counting trying to report a fault on my parents landline. Both late 80’s frail and dependent on emergency services, shocking service,
Shellenergy broadband. We have been having trouble connecting to the smart TV’s, and our phones, in a room next to the room where the router is. We keep loosing the Wi-Fi. Open reach say’s, that the internal line is OK. Shellenergy don’t what to change the router. That’s if you can get to talk to them long enough for them to check every thing out. Shellenergy keeps putting the phone down on us. And we can’t complete the complaint. I started at 9.00am, and at 10.30am, we still haven’t solved the issues. The trouble is we still have 13 months left on the contract, with a service which does not meet their contract obligations. And I think that Shellenergy don’t care.
