Trustpilot you are being played just like my 83 year old mum. Shell are leaving generic replies to make it look like they are concerned about complaints being made,and promises of call backs not being made. SHELL I DO NOT WANT ANYMORE GENERIC FEEDBACK THAT FOBS PEOPLE OFF ALL I WANT IS FOR MY MUM TO GET HER £333 THAT YOU HAVE OWED HER FOR MONTHS WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU PLAYING AT? TREATING PENSIONERS LIKE THIS. JUST ANSWER ON HERE WHEN? WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO PAY UP. SHELL YOU ARE DISCUSTING!!!! BY THE WAY I HAVE LEFT MY MUMS ACCOUNT NUMBER WITH THIS REVIEW.

Terrible and bad for your credit

I was automatically switched over to them after they bought my previous supplier so I didn’t know what I was getting into really…

Since February I have had incorrect readings, and when I bring it up to customer service they say they will put my account on hold and get it sorted, but they never do anything. If you try and input the right readings online yourself, it’s automatically invalid and you will be charged for the wrong estimates because its significantly different from the wrong readings.

Every few weeks I get collection calls and sometimes they tell me they don’t see anything about my incorrect readings ticket on the system. So they say they will stop collection calls, but they don’t.

Either the system they’re using is garbage or their admin team is lazy as hell

Threatening my credit file!!

I received an Email today as follows “We’ve noticed that you haven’t paid your most recent bill. You need to make a payment of £49.78 straight away, otherwise a missed payment may be noted on your credit file.”

On that bill it states “You pay by monthly Direct Debit so
don’t worry, you don’t need to do
anything. This balance will be carried
forward to your next statement. Your
fixed payment of £37 will be
collected as usual by Direct Debit on
or soon after 2 July 2022.”


I don’t normally respond to threats BUT I don’t want my credit file damaged by this bunch of unmentionables so I paid a few days early.

Hi there is no option to give 0 star I believe even 1 star too much for them they don’t help with any thing just they lie to you every single agent lie they have only one answer every time you ring they will say that lest agent you spoke with he or she didn’t login your complain I just did now got problem with my smart meter the install on 25/4/2022 today is 27/6/2022 my problem still there sending me estimated bill giving them meter reading but still not uploading my meter readings last time spoken with agent named nidl he told me everything been sorted wait 18 days ring today to ask is everything okay been told same thing last agent didn’t login your complain it’s long story to write just stay away from this company please if you don’t want problem stay away from them
