Broadband – Cheap, but very very nasty! Cut my service off in error and will not communicate or advise any updates on restoration, a number of emails to customer service and members of the Executive team (Ed Kamm, Alexander Constatine, Tony Keeling, Andy Davies) have been ignored!

now 7 days and counting without a Broadband service and no idea when it will be restored… Take my advice – DO NOT USE
