Ofcom reveals the UK’s most complained-about broadband providers – with Shell Energy topping the list

Ofcom has revealed the UK broadband providers with the most complaints, with Shell Energy topping the list.
Between April and June this year, the firm generated 31 complaints per 100,000 customers – almost three times higher than the industry average.
For broadband, Shell Energy topped the list as the most complained-about provider (31 complaints per 100,000).
‘The most complained-about issue was how it handles customers’ complaints,’ Ofcom said.
For home phone, Shell Energy topped the list once again as the most complained-about provider, with 23 complaints per 100,000 – four times higher than the industry average.
