Awful

Awful. Paying the most premium package for their internet. Which we I use for work and have been cut-off from. Trying to get through them on the phone is impossible over an hour and still can’t get through. This is ridiculous, shell taken all our money but not putting any of it back into customer service – whereas the sales team is really easy to get hold of…

Greed

Absolutely appalling company .if your with them leave as soon as you can making money from people who really can’t afford it .increased my payment twice , to compat government contributions greedy company and the government are doing nothing. Almost 500 in credit but yet they want more .I’m going to cancel my direct debit and pay bill quarterly at least then I’m in control of what I have to work for to give them .1 star because no star is possible

Another 48 hours and still a deafening silence from this despicable company. But then, you have hundreds of pounds of my money don’t you? Perhaps an OFGEM complaint will stir you into action? Then again, you don’t really care do you?

Shell Energy – corrupt gas & electricity…

I am forced to buy gas & electricity from Shell Energy as my previous supplier went into administration.
Shell Energy have tried to rob me from day one – I was paying the previous company £170 per month – Shell want me to agree to a direct debit do £750 per month. I refused & cancelled the direct debit – I now pay £300 to £350 per month which over 5 months has not only paid for what we use but the £800 arrears due to incompetence of the previous company. Shell constantly send me threatening letters saying that I must set up a direct debit & tell me that because I have not set up a direct debit they charge me more money for the electricity & gas I buy from them!!!
Please do not deal with this corrupt company as they will do their best to steal your money!!!!!

Abysmal, shameful service

Abysmal. A bunch of incompetent, wilfully obstructive ‘customer service ‘ operatives. One YEAR on, they have still not reimbursed me for overbilling due to their faulty meter. Disgusting service, totally unacceptable wait times on the website and phone. You should be ashamed. AVOID.

Well a few months down the line and I’m here again!
Apparently still chasing me for a broadband service I’ve never had!
Not surprising they are making so much profit!
What an awful company, don’t touch them with a barge pole! The date should read 8/11/21.

My broadband service was supposed to go…Extremely Poor Service

My broadband service was supposed to go live on the 25/11 and on the 30/11 I am struggling to get an engineer out fix the issue. I have spent a more than 4 hours on the phone and eventually gave up. Nobody ever calls back and I have been left with no service which I need as I work from home.
