The worst service
It is the worst experience I have with an energy company, I received a very high unexpected bill, contacted the customer services few times each time it takes them 30-45 minutes to answer, explain the problem for 2-3 different people each time, no action and no investigation done until I made a compliant, compliant team keep asking for payment before the end of the investigation, I have to involve the energy help to get it sorted, very stressful time with them, very bad service.
Avoid they repeatedly lie to customers!
I’ve now realised joining shell energy was a big mistake, I have an ongoing issue concerning a fault so sent an email for help with the issue which shell have ignored after some time I then rang them and the customer service representative after keeping me on hold for a full 20minutes claimed that the only department that can fix my fault was closed this was the 1st lie as I had rang during there advertised opening hours, then the representative repeatedly assured me that he would personally ring me the next day and and that the correct department would then fix my fault however this was again another lie no-one at all has rang me and I have wasted a whole day waiting all because this company thinks that it is ok to lie to there customers! Im furious to be treated this way! Be honest with your customers whether good or bad news but to lie is absolutely outrageous and disrespectful!!
Joined Shell in August – still waiting for an engineer to set me up
Joined Shell in August. Arranged for an engineer to come round to reset the smart meter. Had to wait 2 months for an appointment. Shell then cancelled it for no reason 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for someone to contact me to reschedule. I understand that we need to be flexible in covid times but a simple phone call to rebook me in would go along way……..
