BEWARE
BEWARE! There’s a reason other Internet Service Providers are more well known- better service, accountability & support when things go wrong! No service, no help, overcharged. When it is working, like all ISPs – not a problem. But if you do have an issue then heaven help you. They won’t respond continue to charge you, they make it incredibly difficult to complain or be heard. 4 hours waiting on the phone!!!!

21st Jan had a smart meter installed.
1st Feb I’m now asked to manually submit meter readings. You want them, you fetch them Shell Energy!

Do Not Have A Smart Meter With Shell Energy, You Will Still Have To Manually Submit Meter Readings!
