Shell Broadband is awful I’ve had issues from the go live date only to be told they are being fixed I’ve waited over a week and still no resolve upon trying to cancel never having the service working was told I’d incur fees. Each time a date fir solution was provided it would extend by 2 days very frustrating no resolution offered either
