If I could give zero or negative stars I would do so. Following the end of my contract I received multiple emails telling me I hadn’t returned the router and that I owed £35. I wrote to the CEO to complain, enclosing proof of receipt of the router by Shell. In the follow up call I received from Shell I was told to ignore any further emails from them. But I have now received an email from a firm of debt collectors. I will be making a formal complaint to Ofcom.
Awful customer service! Didn’t receive our broadband box until the 13th day of our ‘cooling off period’ which you only have 14 days! Signal was awful in most places of the house apart from the bedroom the box is actually in. Tried to get in-touch with shell energy to tell them I wasn’t satisfied and wanted to leave a week after my box got fitted to then be told I will be charged £280 for leaving them as my cooling off period had ended, this worked out I had less than a day to test my WiFi speed connection! Very disappointed in the service provided.
