Absolutely terrible experiences with…
Absolutely terrible experiences with this company! Unstable internet connection, very poor support and after 3 days of waiting for their engineer (the whole afternoon off work cause of this scheduled appointment) and he didn´t arrive. Avoid!

Unprofessionally dreadful behaviour by the management of this company’s telecom division caused me to cancel a contract with it going back several years.
Shell Energy there to put you in debt
Shell Energy has one intention and that is to overcharge and put you into debt. Please don’t get used like I did. The Resolution Team dont even bother to sort out the problem and just want to shove you into deadlock so that it becomes an ombudsman problem . Please stay away from Shell they dont care and hope you get into debt Energy!
