First Utility to Shell Energy. Still awful.
Several years ago I was a First Utility Energy customer as they were the first supplier in a new build.
Customer Service was awful.
Bounce forward a few years, add a takeover, and a bankrupt energy supplier into the mix and I see that little has improved.
Live Chat where the agent does everything bar answer the question. Then asks me again and again what the query is even though I spelt it out for him.
Changing away at the moment.
Be glad to get away from this shambles.
